    This product is new.  This is a FINAL SALE; no returns or refunds unless defective.  Orders are typically delivered in 5-10 business days.

     

    Any exchanges or returns must be authorized in advance by a customer service representative.  Certain items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

     

    An item will be accepted as an exchange or return within 3 business days after receiving the package.  Items will only be accepted for return if it is returned unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
